I am currently in hospital as a patient at the Luton and Dunstable hospital and for the last two nights, I have been lucky to have been looked after one of your nurses who I believe is called Mark.
Mark is an absolute asset to your company, as a health care worker myself, I know how difficult it can be to work as an agency worker as many of the permanent staff want much more from agency staff and will often look down on them.
Mark has a fantastic attitude of getting to know his patients quickly, making them feel comfortable and just getting his work done. Nothing is too much to ask from Mark and he really is truly great, he also has a great sense of humour which helps us patients when we are feeling down.
I am hoping to go home today and I would really appreciate it if you could let Mark know what a fantastic nurse he is and that I am thankful for all that he has done for me during my stay.

Throughout the pandemic the NHS are still working hard with a huge amount of dedication, continuing to serve the rest of us with other medical problems. I recently experienced this first hand and over the course of sixteen hours, I was looked after with great dedication by the staff of Northampton A&E.
One particular Swiis nurse, Maria, showed exceptional passion and dedication to her work not just to me but to all who came onto the ward.
Maria deserves full recognition, along with my thanks and appreciation. The world needs more people like her, watching over us in our time of need like a guardian angel during these trying times.
