As a thank you for referring someone to Swiis, we will pay you £300 for each successful Registered Nurse that is registered and placed with Swiis. This is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Refer a Friend scheme is only applicable to the referral of Registered Nurses to Swiis
- The Refer a Friend scheme is open and available to all workers who are registered with Swiis who refer a Registered Nurse
- The Refer a Friend scheme is not open to employees of Swiis
- The Refer a Friend scheme does not apply to individuals who are already known to or who are registered with Swiis on the date of the referral
- The referral will not qualify if the referred candidate is already on our database and we have been in contact with that person in the last 12 months
- There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make
- Payment will only be made if the referred candidate becomes registered with Swiis, and after completion of the following conditions:
- £100 upon successful registration and completion of first 150 hours with Swiis
- £200 upon completion of 500 hours of work with Swiis
- The referred candidate must be eligible to work and live in the UK
- The referred candidate must not be subject to practice concerns at the point of the payment qualification
- The referred worker must be available for 14 hours each week
- This completed form must be sent to Swiis within 4 weeks from the date of registration of the referred candidate
Swiis (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time and without notice. Swiis (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the Refer a Friend scheme.
